I ate about 1/3 of the omelet before deciding that this tasted good enough to write a review. Excellent vegetarian omelet with fresh spinach (slightly wilted not frozen) with sliced mushrooms and cheese. Best of all, they did NOT use lard (pork product made from rendered pig fat) but they used butter (dairy product) which really enhanced the omelet with a creamier taste. They were generous in size so you will not leave hungry.

If you're looking for an authentic Mexican Restaurant look no further. The atmosphere is amazing with vibrant colors and ethnic heritage; the wait staff and support staff are top notch Especially Omar! He remembers I like my salsa warm!! The food is fantastic. Everything is great and well priced! I like the Javi special. The owners even take the time to ask you how your meal was and introduce themselves. I've even seen them pick up a broom when things are busy! Love this restaurant. It reminds me of home. All the paintings on the wall are for sale by a local artist!
On our way back home to Houston we decided to try this restaurant for breakfast. As soon as you walked in it felt like family. It was very clean and welcoming. Our server Dee was wonderful, friendly and very, very nice. The breakfast was very good. I had the French toast. It was delicious..
It's hard to give five stars and, while there are things that I feel could be better, they deserve it. The food is just solidly good tasting. They put a good amount of cheese in the enchiladas, which, when a restaurant doesn't, is a personal annoyance. The pricing isn't terrible, but thats the main thing that I wish would be better.
I eat here frequently due to great food and even better prices. I am never disappointed with dine in or carry out, there hot sauce is always fire! Diego was so customer friendly in the carry out.
Great food and service! My husband and I got the paradilla for two. It came with beans and rice on two plates and a big plate that had steak and chicken with peppers and onions. My daughter had a combination plate with cheese enchiladas, a puffy chicken taco, rice and beans. We all shared warm flour tortillas ( my favorite). I highly recommend Sazon for a good meal.
